We didn’t have to wait in a very long line and that was one of the best parts. Then we took an elevator up to floor 80. We took a second elevator from floor 80-86. We got out of the elevator and we went to the observation deck. It wasn’t a great view today because it was so cloudy. I thought it was very neat because all you could see was the Twin Towers sticking out of the clouds. Then we took another elevator up to floor 102. When we got up there we couldn’t go outside but it was neat being up that high. We went all the way back down. We had to really hurry to catch up with the students who didn’t want to go to the top.

This was Mrs. Clinger’s favorite stop on the whole trip. A cloud actually passed across us while we were standing on the observation deck. Have you ever wished you could reach out and touch a cloud? We really did!
