The NBC Studio Tour was neat. We started by going in to view a short film about the history of television. We learned how special effects worked and how the radio baseball games were not really announced at the baseball fields.

We saw the set for Saturday Night Live. They were not practicing while we were there, but the band was. They played some cool music and it was neat to see them and know they would be on t.v. that night.

Next we went into a production lab. Several of us got to do an actual weather broadcast. It was fun to watch because everything was backwards to the people trying to do the forecast. But they really did a great job.
