Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is an incredible sight to see. In a large square tomb rests three soldiers whose identity is only known by God. We witnessed a wreath laying in front of the tomb in honor of these men who died in battle. Engraved in the tomb is written, "Here rests in honored glory an American Soldier known but to God." It was a very memorable sight to see on the very first day of this historical trip.

The changing of the guard was an exiting and unique experience. With the commander and chief of the Australian Air Force and the wreath laying ceremony it was an even more spectacular. The finely trained guards truly honored the three remaining undone soldiers that so bravely fought an and died for their country.
