Daniel's Story

(We were not permitted to take photographs at this location)

Daniel’s Story is the best thing yet! This is a story about a young boy who lives through The Holocaust. We go through his house and see how he lives before the war. He had a nice peaceful life with his mom, dad, and sister in Germany. Then we went through his house and town when the war was just starting. The Nazis destroyed everything they owned, including the family store. The discrimination and hatred was horrible. They treated the Jews like animals. After that, we went through the ghetto where Daniel and his family was sent to. The Nazis killed his mother and sister, and his dad got sick. They were then sent to a concentration camp in Germany were they were forced to shave their heads and the only thing they got to eat was moldy bread. Daniel survived, but we should never let this horrible thing happen again.
