Welcome to our third grade site! We are so glad you stopped by! My name is Stacy Knight.  I have been teaching third grade at Saint Michael for many years.  My husband, David, and I currently live in Fort Myers  and have two beautiful children,  Leah and Coby. When I am not at Saint Michael, you will find me enjoying time with my children. I also love to read novels, play on the computer, and shop, shop, shop whenever I can! Anyone who knows me will tell you I also love NASCAR and I am Jeff Gordon’s greatest fan.

Third grade is a year filled with tons of fun and lots of learning going on. We fine tune those reading skills, increase our imagination with creative writing and spend many moments conquering those mighty math facts!  AR reading helps us learn to set and achieve goals each month. We also learn all about Pioneer life and Laura Ingalls Wilder. Time is also spent on the interesting world of the ocean as we study a fascinating creature called the shark. We then spend time with those creatures, close up on our fun-filled overnight fieldtrip to Sea World! 

It is an exciting place to be when you are in grade three at Saint Michael!
