Hello and welcome to my web page.  My name is Lisa Lindsey and I teach fourth grade at Saint Michael.  I teach all subjects except Math.  When I am at school I enjoy helping children learn about writing, reading, Florida history, the environment, health, inventions and religion. 

Fourth grade is a great year because of the exciting field trips we get to take.  In the fall, we go to the Florida Keys for Sea Camp, where we learn about sea creatures and their habitats.  Snorkeling and lab research fill the day and at night we enjoy skits by a big campfire.  We also travel to the Everglades where we see dolphins, alligators, vultures, and sometimes Florida panthers!  We learn first-hand about inventing when we go to Thomas Edison’s home and lab. Then, in the spring we learn about health and medicine at Health Park.
