Hello and welcome to my web page.  My name is Lisa Lindsey and I teach fourth grade at Saint Michael.  When I am at school I enjoy helping children learn about writing, reading, Florida history, the environment, health, inventions, and most importantly, about God. 

Fourth grade is a great year because of the exciting field trips we get to take.  In the fall, we go to the Florida Keys for Sea Camp, where we learn about sea creatures and their habitats.  Snorkeling and lab research fill the day and at night we enjoy skits by a big campfire.  In the spring, we travel to the Everglades where we see alligators, Roseate spoonbills, lots of cool plants, and insects!  We also create our own inventions and learn about health and the human body in fourth grade.

Follow the "Visit My Classroom" link to see pictures of classroom activities, to find information about upcoming events or units of study, and to find links to math games, Sea Camp, Everglades National Park, and more. You will find the daily homework assignments on the online calendar. Under the "Interest Group" drop -down menu, choose my name and you will see the daily homework assignments. The link called "Important Information" has copies of documents that were sent via e-mail pertaining to field trips or other items needing your attention.
