Visit My Classroom

Welcome to St. Michael. I have been here since 1981 and met my wife Katie when she came to teach here in 1982. We have two sons, Isaac and Jonas, and two beautiful dogs. Lightning and Thunder.

I do quite a bit of coaching both here at school and also have been involved with the scouting program. When I have free time, I enjoy, reading, traveling, and gardening.

Eighth grade is an important year for our students as they prepare to move on to the various local high schools. We study physical science, algebra or pre-algebra, American history, English, and read various short novels. During the spring we go on a class trip around the state of Florida. We visit various different locations depending on the year they include; St. Augustine, Tampa, and Orlando.
