This is my 17^th year teaching music at SMLS. I teach pk3-3^rd grade general music classes and middle school keyboard classes. Last year we presented our 15^th drama production at SMLS! Students in grades 3-8 are eligible to be in the drama club which starts in January as an after school activity and continues through May. We have had many successful productions including “The Music Man”, “Fiddler on the Roof” “Annie”, “The King and I” and many more. We are looking forward to another successful production this year! 

When I am not teaching I am helping my husband Michael at out music store. We named the store “First Note Music” and our focus is on helping students of all ages learn their “First Note”. We have over 300 students with 14 teachers. We also specialize in instrument repair as well as instrument sales and rentals.  

When I am not teaching or working at our store I enjoy time at home on Pine Island boating, fishing, and scuba diving with my husband Michael.
