Parents are an integral part of the family created
here at Saint Michael Lutheran School. We encourage
all parents to become involved in the activities
available through our Parent Teacher League (PTL).
PTL holds monthly meetings and all parents are
welcome and encouraged to attend. Various committees
are formed through the school year to help
facilitate events for students and their families.
PTL is always looking for willing parents to
volunteer their time and skills.
Parents are
also encouraged to become involved at each grade
level. Many teachers look for parents to help in the
classroom as well as drive to and from field trips,
plan class parties, and other special days for the
students.
Messagebot is
a key way to stay connected to the news at Saint
Michael. You may subscribe to this e-mail service my
clicking the link on the left. Once you have
enrolled in the service, you will receive e-blasts
from the school with the latest news. It is a great
way to stay informed.
Mom's In
Touch, prayer group, at SMLCS meets each
Tuesday, at 1:45-2:45 pm in the ECALC building
(childcare is available at no charge.) See
School Office for contact information.
Mom's In Touch International is a
nondenominational Christ centered prayer group which
meets for one hour each week to pray for our
children, school, teahers, and staff. It is
open to moms, grandmothers, aunts and friends.
